Refund Policy

We want happy customers and we want to ensure that you receive a fully functional product that will truly improve your enjoyment of our radios. If you are not happy with your product, the following is our Refund and Return Policy.

If you purchased a product from our website and wish to return it, you may request a refund within 30 days of your purchase. Alternatively, if there is a defect with your product, you may request an exchange of the particular defective item. 

For the Return Policy to apply, we require a few things:
The product must be returned to us in "new" condition, meaning it has not been opened, used, altered, or worn and contains all original items.

Provided the above conditions apply, we will provide you with a refund of your purchase price. Please note, we do not refund original shipping charge or priority shipping charges related to the shipping option that you may have requested at the time you placed your order and you are responsible for all inbound shipping charges on your returned product.


In order to return non-defective items, please email support@salusinc.com to notify us of your request for a refund and ship your items to the following address:

Please place the item in a box (the original box is fine), and bring it to a shipping facility or arrange for its collection.

For all defective items, please email support@salusinc.com with a description of your issue so we can immediately process warranty claims and replacements.  Warranty details are provided with each product and Altis Global Limited will honor all valid warranty claims that are within the stated parameters included with the product.
